2.
PLEASE NOTE THAT...
The zone manager must be located in a dry zone and with the same precautions of any other electrical
element.
Any connection, disconnection or manipulation of elements in the zone manager must be done with the
system disconnected from the electrical network.
The system works with various external elements: boiler, drive groups, probes, etc., so it is extremely
important to make sure that you read the manuals supplied and connect all the cables correctly.
Good communication between the different elements of the installation is essential, the cables involved in
the said communication must be properly secured and it is recommended to channel them through protective tubes
or gutters to avoid deterioration.
3.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BOX.
The box includes the manager itself, as well as the instruction manual.
Connection cable between zone manager, periphery and keyboard.
As Ecoforest cannot secure neither the mounting area nor the elements to be mounted in the system, the
customer runs the wiring, groups and external elements.
4.
INSTALLATION OF THE ZONE MANAGER.
Please, take a few minutes to plan the installation of the different elements that will be managed through
the boiler and the zone manager in order to avoid future rethinking.
We recommend starting with the installation of the boiler, since it is one of the largest elements and the
pipes and cables will start from it to the hydraulic and electrical installation.
Open the zone manager on a table to prevent the cover from falling to the ground. To open, just remove the
screws on the front and then the cover.
Locate the attachment points of the manager and move them to the wall, previously verifying that neither
water pipes nor the electrical network pass through the wall, assisted by a metal detector.
We recommend using at least 8mm dowels and suitable screws for these dowels.
Once the box is hung, pass the connectioncables through the lower part and through the grommets, after
cutting the said pieces.
In the cable gland it is recommended to make only the right cut, being preferable that the cables pass tight.
