If you have a problem with your boat that is covered by the warranty you should proceed as follows:
1. Contact your place of purchase and explain the problem.
2. The retailer will need to contact support@nashtackle.co.uk with a photograph and explanation of the problem along with proof of purchase.
3. We will confirm if the problem is covered by the warranty.
4. Once confirmed the retailer needs to send a courier return request to Support Department and we will arrange collection of the boat.
5. We will then review the boat and arrange repair or replacement accordingly.
INFLATING THE OPTIONAL AIR DECK (*RIB 320 ONLY)
1. Find a flat surface where boat will be assembled, removing any sharp objects
2. Unfold and spread the boat out flat
3. Inflate the boat tubes at the bow, starboard and portside to around 50% capacity
4. When you want to use seat, place it when the boat tubes are inflated to around 50%
5. Locate the Air Deck in the base of the boat and inflate it to around 70%
6. Inflate bow, starboard and portside tubes to 100%
7. Inflate Air Deck to 100%
NOTE: Maximum inflation pressure of the Air Deck is 10 PSI (0.69 Bar)
