Common mistakes, causes and solutions
Checking the charging station
Problem
The robot lawnmower
does not leave the
station

Loud noises and strong
vibration.
Working time between

Problem
Robot leaves the set
area or stops behind it.
Sensors
Contact sensor
When the robot lawnmower encounters an obstacle, it turns around and takes a new path within 10 seconds. The
robot shuts down and requires a manual restart to continue operation.
Rain sensor
In heavy rain, the robot lawnmower automatically returns to the charging station. The following day, the mower
starts at the set start time.

Causes
PIN was entered incorrectly.
Battery is not charged.
Charging station was not installed
correctly.
Perimeter wire not connected. / The
boundary wire has not been connec-
ted correctly.

Disturbance caused by an under-
ground power source.
The charging station is not straight or
level.
Causes
Cutting system is unbalanced. Blunt
blades
Blade plate is damaged.
Screws of the blade plate are loose.
Charging contacts are dirty.
Battery capacity reduced.
Rain sensor is active.
Causes
Wheels are disabled/dirty.
Grass is too wet or a slope is too close
to the set limit.
Removal
Enter PIN again or use the factory setting
PIN (0000).
Charge the robot until all 4 charging bars of
the battery light up.
The arrow of the station should point to the
working area.
The end of the cable should be connected to
the + pole under the station.
Adjust the boundary wire so that the robot
travels the desired path.
Lay the boundary wire around the source of
the obstacle again.
Place the station on an even surface / Place
the charging station on an even and level
surface.
Removal
Switch off the appliance and replace all 3
blades.
Replace the blade plate.
Carefully tighten the screws of the blade
plate.
Clean the charging contacts on the station
and on the robot. Clean easily with steel
wool.
Insert new battery
Dry and clean the metal contacts and restart
the robot.
Removal
Clean the wheels or remove possible obstac-
les on the set surface.
Readjust the area to avoid the slope.
Do not use the appliance in rain or wet
conditions.
