In the pyranometer, the blue RS-485 ground is connected to the brown and black earth, and the white power
supply line is connected to the red power supply line.
4 Make sure that the power supply is switched off.
4 Connect the red to the white cable and the brown to the black cable on the power supply unit.
4 Connect the orange, gray and blue cables to the RS-485 converter.
4 Align the indentation on the connector with the indentation on the pyranometer's connection socket.
4 Plug the connector into the connection socket.
4 Turn the locking ring clockwise and tighten it hand tight to secure the connector.
NOTE! The seal may be damaged by overtightening!
4 Switch on the power supply.
4 Switch on the computer.

It may take three hours for the pyranometer to reach a stable temperature. During this time, the irradiation
measurements may deviate from the final measurements.
