The Banana s'more: spread peanut butter on the Graham
cracker, add the chocolate, and a slice of banana with the
toasted marshmallow.
The cookie s'more: replace the cracker with chocolate chip
cookies, and use large marshmallows.
CHOCOLATE FONDUE FEATURE
You can use the "melt" setting to melt chocolate or keep chocolate at
the ideal temperature for a fondue.
Turn the switch on the front of the appliance to the "Melt"
setting. The power indicator (3) should light up.
The "Melt" setting will operate the appliance at a low power
setting ideal to slowly melt chocolate or maintain the molten
chocolate preparation at the ideal temperature for a
chocolate fondue.
In a heat resistant stainless steel or aluminum bowl* with flat
bottom, or a saucepan*, add the chocolate and other fondue
ingredients.
Place the ingredients on the heater, until molten. Stir frequently
for optimum results.
* Not included
Attention: molten chocolate by itself may seize after a while. The
following fondue recipe should ensure a smooth and runny preparation
ideal for chocolate fondue, where you can dip fruits, pretzels, crackers
or cake bits.
For a successful chocolate fondue, use the following ingredients and
follow the steps below.
Ingredients:
5oz Dark chocolate or milk chocolate
¼ cup whole milk or half and half
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
