Description of facility components, maintenance work

Control system

The slots for the different consumers are lo-
cated in the bottom part of the control board.
The connections from C00 to C14 are arranged
from the left to the right. You can gather the slot
assignment from the tables below. All cables
are provided with a lug on which the respective
connection is specified. A fuse is located on the
far left of the printed circuit board (200 mA /
slow). In case of a defect, replace this fuse
against the spare fuse included in the delivery.
The spare fuse is located on the inside of the
service door.

Sensor connections:
The sensors are connected on the top right of
the printed circuit board. The connections are
arranged from the right to the left, stage 1
(=S01) on the far right, S02 stage 2 and S03
stage 3.

Checking the tank sensors:
The sensor check is here depicted for one of
the three stages. Proceed in the same manner
for the other stages.
Checking the "maximum fill level":
Use a wire to bridge the middle sensor (max. fill
level) with the right hand sensor (reference) at
the connection of the sensors (viewed from the
front).
The menu Status display fill levels must depict
a "1" for maximum level.
