There are 8 levels of resistance for
both trainings.
MANUAL PROGRAM.-
In the home screen press Start / Stop
to start the exercise in manual mode.
GO will appear on the screen to tell
you to start walking. All the values of
your
exercise

RACING 1 MODE
After selecting Racing 1 the distance
window will show the default value
0.1km. Press + or – to select among
0.1km, 0.4km and 0.8km for the race
distance. Press Enter to confirm. The
screen will show L1 as the resistance
level for speed training. Press + or – to
select among L1, L2, L3.
The resistance level has to be set
according to the table in Fig.3.
Press Enter to confirm and start the
exercise. After the race the screen will
show a result based on the speed and
time of the race.
RACING 2 MODE
After selecting Racing 2 the speed
window will show the default value
5km/h. Press + or – to select 1-
25km/h. Press Enter to confirm. The
distance window will show the default
value 5km. Press + or – to select 1-
42km. Press Enter to confirm and start
the exercise.
