ASSEMBLY

UNPACKING
This product requires assembly.
 Carefully remove the product and any accessories from
the box. All items listed in the Includes section must be
included at the time of purchase.
WARNING:
Items in the Assembly section are not assembled to
the product by the manufacturer and require customer
installation. Use of a product that may have been
improperly assembled could result in serious personal
injury.
 If any parts are damaged or missing, please call
1-800-776-5191 for assistance.

OPERATION

WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with this product to make you
careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a second
is sufficient to inflict serious injury.
WARNING:
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this product. The
use of attachments or accessories not recommended
can result in serious personal injury.
CAUTION:
Avoid picking up hard, sharp objects with this product,
as they may cause damage.
CAUTION:
Do not use this appliance to clean or groom animals.
WARNING:
To prevent accidental starting that could cause serious
personal injury, always unplug the power cord from the
product when assembling parts.
ASSEMBLING THE SPOT CLEANER
See Figures 2 - 5, page 7.
 Unplug the spot cleaner.
 Align the raised tab on the end of the hose with the latch
on the pet tool and press together until the latch snaps
into place.
Slide hose clips into the grooves on the bottom of the

spot cleaner. Press firmly until fully seated.
Wrap the hose around the spot cleaner.

Place the hose inside the clips at the bottom of the spot

cleaner and place the pet tool inside the clip on the back
of the spot cleaner.
CAUTION:
Do not use this appliance on hard floors unless you have
the proper hard floor attachment. Using this product on
hard floors may scratch or damage your floor.
APPLICATIONS
You may use this product for the purposes listed below:
 Removing pet stains and odors
 Clean stairs, rugs, carpets, and other surfaces.
USING THE SPOT CLEANER
See Figures 6 - 12, page 8.
Do not use the spot cleaner as a dry vacuum cleaner.
Test spot cleaner on a small hidden area. Check for color
removal or bleed.
Furniture should be moved from the area being cleaned.
Place foil or wax paper under heavy furniture legs to prevent
bleeding from stained wood legs.
Pin up furniture skirts and draperies.
