Problem
Appliance without function
even though the plug is
inserted
Appliance runs only for a
brief period
The appliance runs, but does
not cool
Water drips out when the
appliance is moved

Remedy
ƒ Check if the safety switch has been
activated or if a fuse has been tripped.
ƒ Fuse (3.15 A/250VAC) in the appliance
defective; contact our customer service
department.
ƒ Wait for 3 minutes before switching the
appliance back on.
ƒ Battery of the remote control drained?
ƒ Has the plug been inserted properly?
ƒ The target temperature is too close to the
current room temperature
ƒ The air outlet is blocked.
ƒ Close windows and doors
ƒ Switch off other sources of heat such as
lamps or heaters
ƒ Clean the filter.
ƒ Make sure air inlet and air outlet are not
blocked.
ƒ The target temperature is too high
ƒ Empty the water tank before moving the
appliance.
ƒ Only set up the appliance upright on a
level surface
