37. 37 - 40 MY10>>: On the on-board electrical system control unit, unlatch the brown plug (slot
C) and open the contact holder by sliding. Unlatch the following wires and insert into the 3-
pin, black bushing housing located on the wire set:
Wire orange/brown from chamber 16 in chamber 1 enclosed black housing.

Wire orange/green from chamber 15 in chamber 3 enclosed black housing.

Wire black/yellow from chamber 17 in chamber 2 enclosed white housing.

38. From the wire set, insert the single wires orange/brown, orange/green and black/yellow into
the proper coloured, vacated chambers 15, 16 and 17 of the brown plug.
39. Reconnect the black contact holders with each other by sliding, snapping in the brown cover
cap and plugging the plug back on the on-board electrical system control unit (slot C) and
latching.
40. Plug the open 3-pin housings together.
41. Open the purple catch on the fuse box (Fig. 1/1).Remove 10A fuse from pos. 1, release the
wire from chamber 1 and insert into the 1-pin housing on the cable set.
42. Insert the single black/grey wire from the cable set into chamber 6 / 7 of the fuse box, close
purple catch and replace 10A fuse.
43. Plug the 1-pin housings together.
44. Insert yellow single wire in pos. 46 of the fuse box.
45. 45 - 46 >>MY09: Slide the red lock on the relay carrier (Fig. 1/2) to open it, remove the 2-pin
black housing from the 15-relay terminal and open the purple lock. Unlock the black lead from
chamber 2 and engage it in place in chamber 2 of the 2-pin black housing included in
delivery.
46. Snap the contact on the short black lead on the steady plus adapter into chamber 2 of the
vehicle's connector, close the purple lock, position the housing securely in place in the relay
carrier and slide the red lock to close it.
47. 47 - 48 MY10>>: Slide the red lock on the relay carrier (Fig. 1/12) to open it, remove the 9-pin
black housing from the 15-relay terminal and open the purple lock. Unlock the black lead from
chamber 8 and engage it in place in the 1-pin black housing included in delivery.
48. Snap the contact on the short black lead on the steady plus adapter into chamber 8 of the
vehicle's connector, close the purple lock, position the housing securely in place in the relay
carrier and slide the red lock to close it.
49. Insert the remaining black lead from the steady plus adapter on the fuse carrier into the free
slot on fuse 46.
50. Join the open 2-pin housing together and secure it with a cable tie on the cable section.
51. Insert supplied 15A mini flat pin fuse in fuse position 46.
