The take-up board is used to modify the reference
tension of the Take-up-Winder controls according to the
force of the cloth on the loading cell and to the value set
on the Graphitron 5.
FUSES
F1) T4A fuses to protect the 24V power supply to
PCB 654 (take-up and winder controls).
CONTROL COMPONENTS
A hybrid circuit is mounted on PCB 2723/1 consisting
of 8 LEDs. Each LED represents an error in the take-
up device.
Red LED no.1 when on, it represents an error
generated by control no.1 (take-up).
Red LED no.2 when on, it represents motor 1
blocked.
Red LED no.3 when on, it represents maximum force
cell 1.
Red LED no.4 when on, it represents an error
generated by control no.2 (winder).
Red LED no.5 when on, it represents motor 2
blocked.
Red LED no.6 when on, the loading cell has been
overloaded.
Red LED no.7 when on, it represents a winder full
error.
Red LED no.8 when off, it represents a general error.
Yellow LED when on, it represents the presence of
tension.
Esta tarjeta llamada tarjeta de arrastre del tejido sirve para
modificar la tensión de referencia de los accionamientos
Arrastre del tejido – Enrollador sobre la base de la fuerza del
tejido sobre la celda de carga y el valor programado en Gr5.

COMPONENTES DE CONTROL
Sobre la Pcb 2723/1 está montado un circuito híbrido formado
por 8 Led a cada led corresponde un error del grupo de
arrastre del tejido.
Led rojo n.1 encendido error generado por el accionamiento
n.1(arrastre del tejido).
Led rojo n.2 encendido error motor 1 bloqueado
Led rojo n.3 encendido fuerza máxima celda 1
Led rojo n.4 encendido error generado por el accionamiento
n.2 (enrollador).
Led rojo n.5 encendido error motor 2 bloqueado.
Led rojo n.6 encendido fuerza máquina celda 2.
Led rojo n.7 encendido error pieza llena.
Led rojo n.8 apagado error general
Led amarillo encendido presencia tensión
