Cleaning the floor brush
Press the brush release button downwards and remove the clip that secures the
right side of the brush in place.
Pull the right side of the brush as shown, then slide the left side off the pin that
holds it in place.
Cleaning the power brush
Use a coin or flat-head screwdriver to turn the screw clockwise towards the unlock
symbol
. Remove the clip that secures the right side of the brush in place.
Pull the right side of the brush, then slide the left side off the pin that holds it in place.
NOTE: Regularly remove all hair, fur and debris to ensure your vacuum cleaner
maintains its optimal performance. If the brush is very dirty, wash it with water
and let it dry completely.
Cleaning the accessories
Separate the tube or handheld vacuum from the brushes/crevice tool. Remove any obstructions
and wash with water. Dry thoroughly before using the unit again or putting it away for a long
period of time.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The unit does not
work.
The suction power
is weak, there is
no suction or the
motor vibrates.
The operating time
is too short after
charging.
Possible Cause
• The unit is not
charged.
• The charging
indicator light does
not light up while
charging.
• The dust cup is full.
• The nozzle is
blocked.
• The filter is blocked,
dirty or broken.
• It has not been
charged for enough
time.
• The battery is old.

Solution
• Fully charge the battery.
• Check that the charger is securely
plugged into the mains socket and the
battery charging port. Press the On/Off
button. If the unit is still not working,
get it checked by a qualified technician.
• Empty the dust cup.
• Remove the blockage.
• Clean the filter.
• If necessary, replace the filter with a
new one.
• Fully charge the battery as indicated
in the charging section.
• Ask a qualified technician to install a
new battery.
