Operating instructions for KoiFeeder Solar
Periods out of use
If you do not use the solar feeder for an extended period of time, the switch (14) should be set to off („0") to prevent the battery from draining
Maintenance and care
Cleaning the housing
Only use water and a soft cloth. Be careful not to apply too much pressure to the housing, otherwise it may be destroyed. Clean the housing and particularly the cover (1) from time to time, or when dust or dirt has
accumulated, to maintain the full performance of the solar panel.
Repairs
If the housing or solar module are damaged, a repair is not possible. You may not continue using the affected part and it must be correctly disposed of.
Troubleshooting
Do not repair the solar feeder yourself! If you use unsuitable parts for the repair, the risk of an electrical short circuit can increase greatly. Some problems may be caused by minor faults that you can fix yourself. To
do this, follow the instructions below according to the problem in question.
If this does not solve the problem, please contact the customer service department and keep the required information at hand according to the item "Ordering spare parts".
