Network Settings
This working display case can be operated optionally with its own WLAN (WiFi Di-
rect), or it can be integrated into an existing WLAN. The settings for this can be done
in the working display case by using your mobile device.
In order to integrate this display case into an existing WLAN, start the settings on the
user interface
and the change into the network settings.
At first, the current status is displayed here. Now you can call up the WLAN confi-
guration and integrate the display case there under Station into an existing WLAN.
The new address assigned in the WLAN is immediately displayed under Network at
IP Station.
Reset
You can carry out a reset in the settings for the display case by using your mobile
device. When doing this, the display case is restored to the factory default setting.
The settings for WLAN or locomotives are lost at this point.
If you should no longer have access to the display case using your mobile device,
there is still another option to activate the reset. Proceed as shown below.
1. Unplug the switched mode power pack for the display case.
2. Unplug the USB WLAN stick.
3. Plug in the switched mode power pack. The display case will start and will shut
itself off again after a few minutes.
4. Plug in the USB WLAN stick again. The display case is now at the factory default
setting and it can be addressed there using the WLAN set up at the factory.
LED Status
The LED on the end of this display case gives references about the status of the
display case:
First green, then blue blinking: Start for the display case
Continuously red: Display case started, STOP activated
Continuously green: Display case started, GO activated (STOP is off)
Red blinking: Error during start.
Malfunction
In case of incorrect or bad displays on your mobile device, change to the most
current browser available, which also controls HTML5.
