10.32 UNDETECTABLE FAILURE
When the cause of the failure cannot be detected by the system, the
following symbols appear on the screen:
This condition occurs when, for a compressor running time of more
than 30 minutes, the temperatures of the condenser and evaporator
are almost equal. In this case, there is no longer enough refrigerant
gas inside the refrigerant circuit and thus the dehumidification cycle

CAUSE
• No power supply
• Temperature and humidity control inadequate
• Room temperature and relative humidity values
too low
• Drip pan incorrectly positioned
• Drip pan full
• Insufficient air flow
• Fan motor failure
• Irregular refrigeration circuit operation

detected and not the cause.
Warning
All repairs and maintenance on the refrigerant circuit or
parts thereof must only be performed by professionally
qualified, duly licensed personnel in compliance with
Regulation 517/2014/EU and Italian Presidential Decree
No. 146/2018.
If the unit is still not working properly after the above checks and
remedies, contact your nearest dealer or authorized Service Centre.

• Adjust the internal and/or external hygro-thermostat to a
value

• Check that the temperature is between 4°C and 40°C and
the relative humidity between 20% and 99%.
