· If the appliance is not maintained properly, the appliance could
be damaged, which may affect the lifespan of the apparatus
and may lead to a dangerous situation.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY
· Caution: touching some of the internal components may cause
serious personal injury or death.
· Do not disassemble this appliance.
· Improper use of the appliance and the grounding can result in
electric shock. Do not turn on the appliance until it is properly
installed and grounded.
· This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical
short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by
providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance
is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a
grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is
properly installed and grounded. Consult a qualified electrician
or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely
understood or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is
properly grounded.
· A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
WHAT MATERIALS CAN BE USED IN THE MICROWAVE
OVEN?
In the list below you can find which materials can and can not be
used in the microwave oven. If in doubt, or if you can not find the
material in the list below, you can test the utensil in question,
following the procedure below:
· Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250
ml) along with the utensil. Cook on maximum power for 1
minute.
· Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not
use it for microwave cooking.
· CAUTION: Do not exceed the 1 minute cooking time.
