4. Assembly instructions
4.1. Placing the fire pit
Follow the steps below to correctly assemble the fire pit. See pages 79 & 80 for a visual representation of the
assembly instructions. Note: Make sure the burner is not yet connected to a gas cylinder while performing the
steps below!
1.
Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and check if everything is present according to the
overview above.
2.
Place tabletop A upside down (with the aluminium frame facing upwards) on a soft surface, e.g. a rug.
Attach side panel B to tabletop A on the side where B is indicated. Do this using 4x K and 4x I.
3.
Mount the two triangular connector pieces H with 4x J and 4x I on the inside of side panel B and
tabletop A. Ensure that the closed sides of connector pieces H face outwards (see figure 2 on pages 79
& 80).
4.
Then attach the second side panel C to tabletop A (see indication C) using 4x K and 4x I.
5.
Mount the rear panel of the gas cylinder unit E to side panel C using 2x J and 2x I. Afterwards, attach
rear panel E to the aluminium beam on tabletop A using 1x J and 1x I.
6.
Then attach the side panel of the gas cylinder unit D to rear panel E using 2x J and 2x I and mount it to
tabletop A as well, using 2x J and 2x I.
7.
The door of the gas cylinder unit F can now be installed. Insert the protruding pin of the door into the
recess of the frame (tabletop A), see figure 6 on pages 79 & 80. Hold the door and continue with step 8.
8.
The support for the gas cylinder G can now be mounted. Position the support so that the stainless steel
pin on the door F fits into the recess of the support G. Then proceed to the next step.
9.
While correctly positioned on the door F, mount the support G on the side panel C using 2x K and 2x I.
Use 4x J and 4x I to secure the support G to side panel D and rear panel E.
10. Choose the location where you want to place the fire pit. Make sure the fire pit is on a paved
(preferably stone) surface. The surface should be completely flat and clean. Furthermore, the fire pit
should be placed at least two metres away from flammable materials and liquids.
11. The fire pit comes with adjustable legs underneath. If the fire pit is on a surface that is not quite level,
you can use the adjustable legs to level the fire pit.
12. Once the fire pit is level, you can place the burner L in the recess of the table. It is easier to position the
