6.6 Interval training mode - review current phase
When under Interval training mode, user may review their Interval Training data by pressing S4
once, twice or 3 times to display data in different formats.
Press S4 once: (quick review for current phase)
In Interval training mode, press S4 once to show interval training quick review.
Press S4 once → show (for example) Recovery time → return to Interval training mode after
5 seconds idle
Press S4 twice: (row 1 display)
In Interval training mode, press S4 twice to get into row 1 display format (the first screen is
EXERCISE TIME display). If the EXERCISE TIME screen is idle for 5 seconds it will return to Interval
training mode automatically. Once in EXERCISE TIME display, use S1/S2 to browse through each
item below and its value will be display in row 1.
Press S4 twice → Exercise Time → Session Time → Speed → Avg Speed → Pace → Avg
Pace → Distance → Session Distance → Altitude → Ascent → Calories → Training zone
→ Max HR → Avg HR → Exercise Time
Remarks: for Training zones, first number in row 1 represent Above Zone percentage (user.
s HR over max HR) and the second number represent IN Zone percentage (user.s HR within
normal range)
