8.1.2 VIEWING FILE SUMMARY
-- In File Summary mode, middle row will always display file number e.g. F01
- In File Summary mode, press S3/S4 to browse through below sequences:
(Summary) → Exe Date-Time-temp → Train Mode & Total Exe Time → Best Lap → Max
Speed → Avg Speed → Best Pace → Avg Pace → Max HR → Avg HR → Total Distance
→ Max Altitude → Total Ascent → Total Calories → Training Zone → Total Steps
Remarks:
Train Mode & Total Exe Time: will display train mode (Basic or Interval Training)
Best Lap: for Basic mode only
