INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
CAUTION: Before proceeding to assemblying the device, make sure that all
elements are complete and undamaged! In case of discrepancies, contact the
supplier immediately!
Place the unit in such a way that the mains plug can be reached at any time. Ensure
that the power supply to the unit corresponds to that specified on the identification
plate!
The load-bearing capacity of the structure (base and supporting profile) used for the
installation of the device must withstand a load several times greater than the
maximum allowable working load. Responsibility for following the strength
parameters, quality of the supporting structure and the installation of the device on
the supporting structure lies with the user.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
a) Remove the securing tape from the cable drum.
b) Remove the cotter pins and nuts securing side shafts (12).
c)
Place the side plates of the crane (9) evenly according to the width of the rail
(aa) on which the machine is to be installed (A).
d) Fill the free spaces on the shafts (12) with spacers to ensure adequate
stabilization.
e) Fit and tighten the nuts securing the shafts (12). Secure with a cotter pin at the
end.
