Disassembly
The disassembly and re-assembly is done according to the technical drawing.
Consider the general safety instructions on site.
Disassembly: Turn tapered handle A in clockwise direction to release the saw blade (see fig.
1). Open cover B. Take the saw blade C from the drive pulleys D and pull it from the guide units
E. Loosen the socket head screws F. Remove guide units E, spacing block G and the handle H
(see fig.2).
Disassembly of motor/ Replacement of vanes
Remove socket head screws F. Take motor I from the band saw frame J (see fig. 3).
Loosen tension ring K and pull inner motor parts L out of the motor housing with the handle
M (see fig.4).
