The warranty period for this product
is 36 months.
If you discover a defect during this
time, please consult your vendor.
Please keep the proof of purchase
and provide him with the model
name and article number to get
quick help. The warranty does not
cover:
– Normal wear and tear and dis-
colouration of the textile canopy
– Damage to the paint coat attrib-
uted to normal wear and tear
– Damage as the result of improp-
er use (e.g. commercial use)
– Damage caused by wind, over-
winding the crank, the shade
tipping over, pulling the shade
braces too hard
– Damage due to structural modifi-
cations to the product.
