TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING
• Always remove the battery pack(s) when servicing or transporting the snow blower. Always
protect your hands by wearing gloves when performing any maintenance on the snow
blower auger or scraper bar.
PROBLEM
Handlebar
assembly does not
stay in position.
Snow blower is not
starting.
The motor is on, but
the auger does not
turn.
The snow blower
leaves a layer of
snow on the ground

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Handlebar assembly lock
knobs are not properly
secured.
1. Battery pack(s) charge
is low.
2. Safety button is not
depressed.
3. Motor overload or battery
pack(s) overheating –
the snow blower has
stopped working in
order to protect internal
circuits.
The drive belt is worn or
broken.
The scraper bar is worn.
The internal self-checking
process causes a slight
delay in the first keystroke
response.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Make sure that the lock knobs are fully
tightened.
1. Charge the battery pack(s).
2. Press the safety button and then
squeeze the bail switch.
3. Clear the snow or ice stuck in the
auger and deck. Wait for the tool/
battery pack(s) to cool down, remove
and reinstall the battery pack(s), and
restart the snow blower.
Replace the drive belt following the
chapter "Replacing the Drive Belt" in
this manual.
Replace the scraper following the
section "Replacing the Scraper Bar" in
this manual.
Depress the safety button and hold
for more than 0.3 second, pull the bail
switch to meet the handlebar.
Press the LED light button and hold for
more than 0.3 second.
