Assembly
 Before any work on the screwdriver with cutting adapter (e.g.
maintenance, tool change, etc.) as well as during transport and
storage, set the rotational direction switch to the middle position.
There is danger of injury when unintentionally actuating the On/Off
switch.
Attaching the Cutting Adapter (see figures A1
– You have to pull the rubber cap 9 of the screwdriver off toward the
front before mounting the cutting adapter 1.
– Then attach the cutting adapter to the screwdriver.
The cutting adapter must audibly engage.
Note: You can attach the cutting adapter in 8 different positions. This en-
ables you to achieve the optimum work position, e.g. for cutting a floor
covering along a wall.
Dismounting (see figures B1
– Turn the release ring 4 in rotation direction  and pull the cutting
adapter off toward the front ().
– Afterwards, mount the rubber cap 9 onto the screwdriver again.
