Working Advice
Do not strain the machine so heavily that it comes to a standstill.
The cutting performance of the machine depends on the materials to be
cut and on the charging condition of the battery.
Depending on the charge condition of the battery, excessive feed consid-
erably reduces the performance capability.
Always keep the blade free and clean of material remainders.
The guide edge 2 may not become wedged during cutting and must be
aligned parallel to the cutting surface.
Improper use of the blade will cause it to become blunt.
Thin materials, such as fabrics, can be pulled into the machine during cut-
ting and become wedged. Therefore, do not apply too much pressure with
such materials in order to achieve good cutting results. During cutting, ap-
ply sufficient tension while holding fabrics and cut slowly.
Optimum cutting results are best determined through practical testing.
