17. WARRANTY
PREMIUM S.A., unless otherwise agreed, guarantees to the Customer that the manufacture of the
Equipment will be free from defects for a period of 2.5 years from the date of delivery to the Customer. If any
defect is detected, the manufacturer may choose to repair or replace the device.
Improper handling of the device, or repair by the user, will be considered a breach of the warranty.
