• If you use a charger with an output of 5~15W, the charging
dock will give priority to charge the headset. If the output of the
charger is less than 5W, the charging dock won't work.
• Normally, the voltage of Ni-MH batteries will drop after being
fully charged. After the controllers are fully charged and left
on the charging dock for more than 6 hours, the battery level
displayed on your Quest 2 or in the App will be less than 100%,
but will still have enough power to last for more than 10 hours.

FAQ
Q1. Why do the controllers feel warm when charging?
Unlike Li-ion batteries, it's normal for Ni-MH rechargeable batteries to heat up when
charging. This temperature increase is nothing to worry about as there is a built-in
temperature protection feature to prevent overheating.
Q2. What should I do if temperature protection is triggered?
The built-in temperature protection automatically stops charging when the battery
temperature rises above the trigger point. When charging is stopped, remove the
controllers from the charging dock and let them cool down for 5-10 minutes. You do
not need to remove the batteries. After the controllers have cooled down, put them
back onto the charging dock to resume charging.
