Locking the keypad
This function is used to lock the keypad, excepting for the (On/Off) key, using a specific combi-
nation of keys.
• To lock the keypad, simultaneously push keys
• The lock "
" symbol is displayed when the lock is active.
• To unlock the keypad, use the same procedure.
NOTE - This keypad locking function is available in all the system's modes/menus.
ASC function
This function can be activated or deactivated from the parameters menu. When a program is run-
ning in AUTO mode, it allows activation of advance heating of the plant. This function en-sures
the required temperature, at the time at which the program switches to comfort. To advance
plant heating in an intelligent manner, the system takes various temperature measure-ments over
time. Using this data, it estimates the ideal time for activating heating, prior to the next palliative
comfort set point.
Open window detection
This function can be activated from the parameters menu. If the function is active, the
displayed on the LCD monitor:
This function measures and records the temperature trend over the last 10 minutes:
Phase n° 1 - open window detection: the thermostat goes into an open window detection
status (the
icon and temperature value flash), when the temperature drops by at least 1,2°C
over the last 10 minutes.
Phase n° 2 - Detection of closing or action by the user:
• If, for a period of 10 minutes, the temperature goes up by 0,3°C, the open window status is
cancelled. The thermostat automatically goes back to the current mode.
• If the user pushes a key, the open window status is also cancelled. The thermostat automati-
cal-ly goes back to the current mode.
