1) Place the rack (15) in the opening of the base (16) and tighten the clamp
screw to secure the connection.
2) Position the base (16) with the rack (15) next to the water bath (7).
3) Install the motor (5) into the center tube holder of the rack (15). To install the
motor to the rack, insert the motor pin into the mounting hole. Position the
motor so that it is facing the water bath at a height of approximately 40 cm
and tilted 25° from horizontal. Tighten the clamping screw to secure the
connection.
4) Mount the speed controller (2) to the upper rack bracket (15), secure the
connection with the clamp screw. Plug the 5-pin control cable connector
routed from the motor (5) into the controller's lower socket.
5) Connect the right cooler connector (1) to the motor connector (5) and
tighten the lock nut.
6) Insert the fill valve (10) into the flexible tube and place the connected parts
into the left cooler connector (1).
7) Connect the receiving flask (12) to the lower radiator connector (1) and
secure the connection with the clip (11), then tighten the clip screw.
8) Attach the round support (13) to the lower rack bracket (15) so that it holds
the receiving flask (12) in place. Secure the connection by tightening the
clamping screw.
9) Install the rotary flask (6) to the motor connector (5) and tighten the locking
collar.
10) Place the water bath (7) under the rotary flask (6). Pour clean water into the
bowl of the water bath. The water level should not exceed 2/3 of the bowl
height.
11) Connect the vacuum hose to the upper vacuum gauge connection (4), then
connect the vacuum pump or laboratory vacuum switch to the lower vacuum
gauge connection.
