Connect the power line to the pump through a separate, suitably rated
momentary switch. This will help prevent a pump failure from long dry runs.

If the pump is operated in a space where flammable vapours exist, the wiring
shall have all connections made with sealed connectors. Loose or bad wiring
connections may result in electrical sparking, leading to an explosion.

All wiring connections shall be installed above the highest water line. To ensure
additional protection, seal all wiring connections and adjacent wire ends with
liquid electrical insulation.

The connectors for all wiring shall be crimped and sealed with a marine sealant.

Always install a fuse with a suitable rating to protect the electrical system. If
there is a short circuit, an unsuitable rating of the fuse increases the risk of
pump failure and may potentially result in injury and/or a risk of fire.

has been provided with adequate safeguards, and despite the use of
additional safety measures, there is still a low, residual risk of accident or
injury during its operation. Caution and common sense are advised when
using the product.
3. Rules of use
This appliance is intended for discharging water or organic liquid waste (faecal
matter with toilet paper) from tanks aboard sea vessels and motor homes.
The macerator is a garbage disposer integrated with the pump. It is not suitable for
disintegrating hard objects, rags, or tissues.
The product is intended for private home use only!
The user is responsible for any damage caused by non-intended use.
