of the motor rear.
2. DISASSEMBLING THE PUMP
Remove the 4 bolts (1) from the cover. Remove the blade casing (3) with the
gasket (4). It is necessary to firmly hold the motor shaft against turning. Insert
a flat-blade screwdriver into the motor shaft slot (see the slot access explained

flats. Remove the hex nut (5) and the blade (6). Remove the top wear plate (7),
the gasket (4), the rotor (8) and the bottom wear plate (9). Remove the rotor
housing (10) with the shaft seal (12). The washer (13) does not have to be
removed.
3. ASSEMBLING THE PUMP
Make sure that the washer (13) is in place on the motor shaft. Make sure that
the shaft seal (12) can be slid into location inside the rotor housing (10). Install
the rotor housing (10) on the motor shaft. Install the bottom wear plate (9) on
the rotor housing (10). Turn the rotor (8) counter-clockwise towards the rotor
housing (10). Install the gasket (4) and the top wear plate (7). Install the blade
(6) and align it with the motor shaft. Hold the motor shaft with the flat-blade
screwdriver or the wrench (9/32" / 7 mm) to secure the hex nut (5). Install the
gasket (4), the blade casing (3), and retighten the cover bolts (1).
