Adjusting the Headrest Height
1. Completely loosen the harness to allow the headrest to adjust as shown in
images C-2 and C-3.
2. Squeeze the headrest height adjustment handle at the top of the headrest and
simultaneously, slide the headrest up or down to change positions as shown in
image C-7.
3. Once the desired height is reached, release the handle to lock the position. To

ensure position is locked, press down on the headrest to ensure it doesn't shift. If it
does shift, it will lock into the position slightly below the original height. If this is too
low, repeat the steps and position the headrest slightly higher. There are 7 positions
to adjust between as shown in image C-8.
NOTE: Headrest height should be in a position so that in rearward facing, the
shoulder straps are level or slightly below the child's shoulder but not above and
that in forward facing, the shoulder straps are level or slightly above the shoulder
but not below.
