6. Once the sash portion of the vehicle seatbelt is threaded correctly as per step 5,
thread the lap belt portion closest to the door through the waist guide.
7. Once the lap and sash belts are threaded correctly through their guides, pull the
vehicle belt across the child and thread the two belts through the opposing waist
guide before clipping the buckle tongue into the buckle to secure the child.
CAUTION: Make sure there are no twists in the belts and the vehicle belt is
threaded through the waist guides and is not just "on top" of them. Incorrect use is
dangerous and could result in serious injury or death.

Remove the crotch buckle pad
by pulling it up and off the buckle.
Remove the headrest insert by
disconnecting the press stud.
Remove the body insert by
pulling it out from the harness
and up and over the buckle.
