Rinsing the machine/inner circuits
The coffee machine should be rinsed both at its very first
use and when it has been inoperative for a long spell of
time. By performing this quick procedure, you will ensure that
all inner circuits are rinsed.
•Ensure that there are no capsules inside; power on the
machine via the main switch(on the back) (9) (Fig. 5)
•Place a large empty cup under the coffee/tea/drinks
dispenser. (Fig. 6)
NOTE
The grid can be adjusted (5) to two different heights,
depending on the size of the cup (or mug) that you intend
to use. This is achieved by turning the support (10) upside-
down and putting the grid back to its place (5) (Fig. 7)
To properly prepare an espresso, place the grid (5) at
its highest position (Fig. 8)
When the button (3) appear with a fixed light the machine
is ready for use.
Press button (3); the machine will release water. Press
button (3) again to stop, when the desired quantity of
water has been dispensed. (Fig. 8)
The machine is deemed to have been properly rinsed
when at least 3 glasses of water have been dispensed.
