Problem
Coffee/tea is no longer
dispensed
It is not possible to dispense
coffee, tea, or boiling water
Coffee/tea is cold
The pump is too noisy
A few drops come out of the
dispenser, especially when the
machine is warming up
Coffee tastes sour
The capsule adheres to the
infuser as it opens
Causes
- the tank is empty
- the pump is defective
- the capsule is not (fully) pierced
- the water tank is not fully seated
- the pump is defective
- Machine in energy saving

Corrective action
- fill the tank
