IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2012/19/UE
At the end of its working life the product must not be disposed of with urban waste.It may be
delivered to special centres for separate waste collection organised by the municipality, or to
dealers who supply this service.Separate disposal of an electric household appliance allows the
avoidance of possible negative consequences for the environment and for health resulting from
inadequate disposal and allows the recovery of the materials of which it is composed in order to
obtain an important saving in energy and resources.The symbol of the crossed out bin is applied
on the product to indicate that electric household appliance must be disposed of separately.
REMOVING LIME SCALE
The formation of lime scale is the natural consequence of use of the machine. Lime scale must be
removed every 1-2 months; if the water is very hard, descale the machine more frequently. To
remove lime scale you can use a non-toxic or non-harmful descaling product for coffee machines,
readily available on the market.
Fill the tank with the descaling solution, following the instructions on the descaler pack
After carrying out a second rinse cycle with clean water, fill the tank again. In this way the machine
is ready for use.
Problem

Solution
1) Fill the tank with water
2) Check if the water tank is well located.
3) Lift the lever to permit air outlet take
the capsule off and wait for a while to let
the pump be cool , close the lever again
and select the distribution button(3).
4) Empty the capsule receptacle and reset
the coffee function: turn the machine off
and on again switching the main switch
(9) off and on.
If you cannot solve the problem, you are kindly requested to contact
your service center.
Close the lever (1), then slowly open it again
Press the start button (3) and slowly open the lever as water is being
delivered (1).
Press the start button (3), then open and close the lever (1) several
times while water is being dispensed.
