Troubleshooting
When the charger detects a problem, the red LED charge indicator
(C) will flash and the green light will go out.
a. When the red LED charge indicator (C) flashes, remove the
battery pack and reinsert it into the charger. If the red LED
indicator (C) still flashes, try a different battery pack.
b. If the replacement battery pack can be charged, it means that
the previous battery pack is broken and needs to be serviced or
replaced.
c. If the red light still flashes after trying a different battery pack,
unplug the charger's power cord, wait for the red LED indicator
(C) to go out, and then plug the charger back into power outlet.
