3.3. Working with the unit
After disassembling and assembling the unit, connect it to the power source. Make
sure that the safety key is properly inserted into the computer console slot and the
safety clip tied to it is attached to the user's clothing.

Functions of the buttons on the control panels:

Music playback buttons - (sequentially from left to right) decrease volume;
increase volume, start play/pause; previous song; next song
INCLINE 3/6/9/12: Preset incline values

Workout time
With no time set, the timer will count down the time from the
start of your workout (the running of the treadmill) in the range
of 00:00-99:00 minutes.
With the time set between 5:00-99:00 minutes, the clock will
count down to the end of your workout
Displays the current speed of the treadmill in the range of 1-20
Distance to be covered
With no distance set, the distance will be measured from the
start of the workout - 0.00 km to 65.0 km. Each increment equals
0.1 km.
The distance to be covered can be set between 0.5-65.0 km and
will count down to the end of the distance at 0.5 km increments.
Calories burned
If there is no calorie limit set, the unit counts down from the
start of the workout i.e. 0 to a maximum of 995, with 1 calorie
increments.
The calorie limit can be set from 10-995, with 5 calorie
increments.
