Hydraulic pumps manufactured by Cembre S.p.A. are developed for use with crimping
or cutting heads. According to this specifi c use, they do not need and are not equipped with
an oil non-return safety system.
For this reason, use in applications diff erent from those intended (for example with hydraulic jacks,
lifting systems or similar) can be dangerous for the operator.
Cembre S.p.A. does not accept any liability arising from the use of its hydraulics pumps for ap-
plications diff erent from those listed in its catalogues or other documentation.
Pumps in the PO 7000 range are supplied with a standard or non-conductive hose. Diff erent hose lengths
are available on request. A variety of hydraulic couplers are also available.

– Two speed operation: the fi rst stage is low pressure for rapid approach, with automatic switching
– Coupler: the pump is supplied with a high pressure fl exible hose fi tted with an automatic, female,
quick-coupler, suitable for connection to a Cembre, hydraulic crimping or cutting
head (see Fig. 2).
– Safety: the pump is provided with max pressure valve; a special hydraulic gauge (MPC1) is available
to purchase separately, to check the correct setting of the valve.
