To operate the hammer continuously:

simultaneously. Release both buttons
and use the hammer with the "ON/
OFF" switch locked.
2. To turn the machine off, press the
"ON/OFF" switch and release it;
4.2 - IMPACT FREQUENCY
REGULATION (FIG.E)
The hammer has an electronic control
that allows pre-selecting the impact
frequency in accordance with the
working
material.
The
control keeps the pre-selected impact
frequency almost constant when in load
or no load speed.
The impact frequency can be adjusted
from 1 to 6 using the impact frequency
regulating button (11);
1. To increase the impact frequency,
rotate the button upwards;
2. To decrease the impact frequency,
rotate the button downwards;

When using the hammer with the
chisel, it is possible to lock it into
12 different positions, adjusting the
chisel's orientation in accordance with
the user's desired position.
The chisel's position regulation can be
adjusted only when the equipment is
off.

(4) inwards and rotate the regulator
according to the desired chisel position;
2. Release the regulator and make sure
that the drilling accessory is locked;
4.4 - VIBRATION REDUCTION
SYSTEM
The hammer is equipped with an active
vibration reduction system (7) that
absorbs vibration without detriment
to the machine's performance. This
electronic
system reduces meaningfully the
exposure level throughout the entire
operation, protecting its user from the
vibration effects.
5. MAINTENANCE
AND CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure the hammer is disconnected
from the main supply before carrying
any maintenance or cleaning work.

5.1 - BRUSHES REPLACEMENT

The engine won't start when the

brushes are worn. They must be

replaced in good time or there will be a
defective contact between the brushes

and the collector, originating sparks

and damaging the hammer. Both

brushes must be replaced at the same
time by two equal ones.
When the brushes are getting worn, the
brushes' indicator light (13) activates
or flickers, indicating the necessity of
replacement.
1. Unplug the power cable (12);
2. Untighten and remove the shaft's
cover.
3. Untighten the fixing screws and
remove the brushes' access cover (14)
carefully.
4. Disconnect the brushes connecting
cord;
5. Displace the pin and remove the
worn brushes;
6. Place the new brushes and the pin.
7. Plug the brushes connecting cord.
8. Place the cover in a way the inside
slot matches the shaft notch. Move
the cables inside the cover to avoid
smashing or damaging them when
placing the cover.
9. Tighten the fixing screws;
10. Place and tighten the shaft's cover.
5.2 - HAMMER LUBRICATION
The hammer doesn't need constant
or daily lubrication once it has an
incorporated
lubrication
However, it is recommended to replace
from time to time the lubricating grease
in order to extend the hammer's
lifespan.
5.3 - CLEANING AND STORAGE
Cleaning
After each use, clean every component
of the machine. Rub the equipment with
a clean and damp cloth or blow it with
low pressure compressed air.
Remove and clean the grease inside the
locking sleeve regularly.
