3. Front wheels
1. Open the packing box, take out the stroller and take off the outside polybag
and other packages.
2. Put the wheels, canopy and bumper bar aside for further use, leave the frame
parts on the floor, make sure there're no other things on it.
3. Open the folding lock as the picture is showing until it can be left up the frame
to open.
4. Open the frame to left up as the picture is showing, to make it full open until
hearing "click" on the joining plastic parts and stroller is fully stand on the floor.
5. Rotatable handle bar: press the red button on top of the handle bar, at the
same time rotate the handle bar to the expected position, it can be adjusted in
360 degrees.
WARNING! Check if the joining parts are completely matched and locked before
using!
