3. Set the engine ON/OFF switch [l] to OFF.
Locked chain
If the chain stops moving while you are digging, stop the engine, remove the
blockage, then start the engine again and restart work. Do not remove
blockages while the engine is running!

Before adjusting, cleaning and maintaining the device, turn it off, wait at least
5 minutes or until it cools down, and then disconnect the spark plug wire.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried completely before using it
again.
d)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to
sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
f)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of
the device.
g)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
h)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and
spot any damage.
i)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
j)
Make sure that all nuts and bolts are properly tightened. Worn or improperly
tightened nuts and bolts can damage the engine or the frame.
k)
Never store the machine with petrol in the tank inside a building where
vapour can reach open flame or sparks. Allow the engine to cool down before
transporting the machine.
l)
To reduce the risk of fire, keep the engine and fuel storage area free from dirt
and excess grease.
m) Replace worn or damaged parts to ensure safe use. If you need to empty the
fuel tank, drain it outdoors.
n)
Check the oil level regularly and top it up or replace it as necessary.
