Assembly Instructions Art. T01M-HT1M-T02M-HT2M
AVVERTENZE
The product must be installed exactly as supplied by Teuco,
otherwise claims under warranty will not be accepted.
The installer must observe the assembly instructions, using only
the tools and materials recommended, and the accessories
supplied with the product.
The product must be installed directly on the floor and against
finished walls.
Electrical connections must be carried out in compliance with
safety regulations governing bathroom installations,
as described in the accompanying installation standards
manual.
Always use NEUTRAL pH (NON ACETIC) SILICONE.
All the fasteners (bags A-B-C-D) and accessories needed for
assembly purposes are in the "accessories box or bag".
This manual illustrates the assembly procedure for the model
turned 180° of the product.
This manual constitutes an integral part of the product and must
be kept for future reference.
REMOVING THE BATHTUB PANELS

- Remove the screws securing the panels to the frame of the
bathtub.
Remove the panels in the sequence indicated: 1-2.
POSITIONING AND PREPARING THE TUB

- Position the bathtub in the selected place and level up, first by
adjusting the outermost feet, then bringing the middle feet into
contact with the floor.
Make the adjustment so as to leave a distance of 15 mm
minimum between the floor and the bottom edge of the
panel to allow for ventilation of the whirlpool system.
DRAIN CONNECTION

- Connect the waste to the drain using the trap and flexible pipe
provided.
FIXING THE HYDROSHOWER TO THE FLOOR

- Anchor the bathtub to the floor by fixing the feet as indicated in
the drawing, using the screws and masonry plugs provided.
FITTING THE WALL BRACKET

- Fit the special nuts to the bracket, taking care to note which way

around the hydroshower is positioned, and which model is
being installed (T01 - T02).

- Position the bracket in alignment with the rivets on the rim of the

tub, and mark the fixing centres on the wall.

- Drill the wall at the marks, and insert the masonry plugs.

- Apply silicone sealant along the part of the rim occupied by the
D
bracket and rivets. Fix the bracket to the tub with screws and
washers as indicated.

- Fix the bracket to the wall using the screws provided.

FITTING THE BOTTOM TRACK

- Locate the bottom track in the slots on the bathtub rim.

- Positioning the angle moulding on the rim, clip the bottom end
B
to the track and offer the fixing face flat to the wall.

- Set the moulding plumb and mark the fixing centres on the wall.

- Drill the wall and insert the masonry plugs; apply silicone
D
sealant to the part of the rim occupied by the moulding.

- Apply sealant to the angle moulding on the side indicated,
E
along the entire length and at the bottom end, as illustrated.

- Fix the moulding to the wall with the screws provided and fit the
F
concealers.

- Clip the bottom track to the moulding and secure permanently
G
to the rim with nuts and washers.

PREPARING THE BACKLIT PANEL

- Position the angle moulding against the wall and on the bathtub

rim, setting it plumb and observing the distance indicated. Mark
the fixing centres on the wall.

- Drill the wall at the marks, and insert the masonry plugs.

- Apply sealant between the corner of the rim and the wall, as
C
indicated.

Fix the moulding to the wall with the screws and washers provided.

FITTING THE SEAT COLUMN

Unscrew and remove the nuts and washers from the seat
A
bolts.
Offer the column to the wall bracket, locating the seat bolts in
the holes as indicated. Secure the seat permanently to the
bracket with the nuts and washers removed previously.

Set the column plumb and secure to the bracket with screws
B
and washers.
FITTING THE TAPS COLUMN

Rest the column on the bathtub rim, inserting the hoses, and wires
A
if any (art.T01M and HT1M only), through the holes provided.
Secure the column to the rim with the bulkhead fittings
provided.
Make the plumbing and electrical connections at the
relative supply points.

Fit the clip-on seals to the column, making certain the position

is correct.
FITTING THE SHOWERHEAD TO THE ROOF

Slide the boss onto the arm of the showerhead.

Remove the top cover trim from the roof.

Loosen the clamp screws and grubscrew as indicated.

Insert the arm of the showerhead. Slide the boss, fitted
D
previously, into contact with the roof.

Retighten the screws and the grubscrew.
