2. BEFORE USE
- After removing the packaging, make sure all parts and accessories are present and
undamaged. Do not use the appliance if it is visibly damaged. In that case, contact with
the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
- Clean the beaker, whisk, chopper bowl , chopper blade, chopper cover, and blending stick
by hand with warm soapy water. You can wipe the main body of the blender with a clean
cloth.
- Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the
appliance.
3. OPERATION
Blender - PowerGear 1500 XL and PowerGear 1500 XL Pro
The hand blender is perfectly suitable for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and
baby food, as well as for mixing and preparing milkshakes.
1. Insert the XL blending stick into the main body and turn it clockwise until it locks.
2. Put the ingredients in the beaker and, to prevent splattering, immerse the blade guard
completely in the ingredients.
3. You can use the hand blender in the beaker or any other container.
4. Turn the device on by pressing the power or Turbo button. You can adjust the power with
the dial on top of the main body.
5. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up, down, and in circles.
