TIME COOK
1. Enter the desired cooking time on the number pad.
The maximum time allowed is 99 min. 99 sec.
2. Press POWER LEVEL once or repeatedly to set the
power level:

3. Press START/ 30SEC to begin cooking.
Note: If cooking is paused due to opening the door, press START after the door is closed to resume
cooking...
During cooking, press the POWER LEVEL button to show the current cooking power.
When cooking at 100% power, you can simply enter the cooking time from standby mode (when
the oven is not cooking) and press START (Step 2 can be skipped).
DEFROST BY WEIGHT
1. Press DEFROST once. The screen will display "MEAT".
2. Keep pressing DEFROST for other food types. (See chart below).

4. Use the number pad to enter the weight of the food.
5. Press START/ 30SEC to begin cooking.
During the WEIGHT DEFROST program, the system will pause and beep to remind you to turn
the food over. After turning the food over, press the START/ 30SEC button to resume cooking.
