I. Assembling the dynamic panels
Note: Prepare a clean area to assemble and set up the track.
1 - Position the flat edge of a wooden upright (1) on the floor, against a wall as shown in Figure 1.
2 - Insert one end of each of the fiber rods (2) (fitted with 2 ferrules (12)) in the 15 recesses in the upright (1).
3 - Offer up the second upright (1) facing the first one in order to insert the other end of the 15 fiber rods (2) into it
(as shown in Fig. 2). Do this by moving the second upright (1) in gradually as assembly progresses: start by partially
inserting each rod (2) such that the 15 of them are located, before pushing the second upright (1) fully home.

4 - Fit 2 holding straps (3) to tie the 2 uprights (1) together: thread each end of straps (3), from the inside of the uprights (1),
through the slots provided for this purpose (as shown in Figure 3 and Detail Figure 4).
5 - Thread a triangular metal ring (4) through the ends of straps (3), aiming it in the direction shown in Figure 5,
in order to obtain an assembled panel (6) (see Fig. 6): compress the uprights (1) inwards in order to fit the 2
6 - Assemble one linking flat (13) at the end of the assembled panel (6) on the assembly side of following panels *, with
screws and bolts (15), (16) et (17) like Figures 6 and 7. Stick a piece of baize (18) center under the flat (13).
7 - Turn the first panel (6) over, then determine its location to accommodate the 2 x 25.50 m tumbling track.
8 - Insert 2 metal dowels (5) in the mating face of each upright (1) (like Figure 8) on the same side of the flats (13).
9 - Repeat the above procedure for the 16 remaining panels (6) (only the last panel does not have any dowels (5)).
10 -Make the 17 panels (6) jointly liable: Put the first panel (6) dowels (5) in the following one like shown on Figure 9, then
fix the linking flat (13) from one panel (6) to the following one with remaining screws and bolts (15), (16) et (17).
11 - Complete in the assembly of end flat (14) on the first and the last panels (6) of the track, without forgetting pieces (18).
