Now place an inductor around the workpiece(s) and connect
these as described above. Also place a temperature sensor on the
object to be heated.
Now press the green start button to start the heating process.
The display shows the actual workpiece temperature. The green
control lights at the front and in the signal tower are blinking. The
current frequency and set and actual power values are also shown.
The process continues until the set temperature has been reached.
In that instance, the generator automatically switches off, the
green control lights at the front and in the signal tower will be lit
continuously and an acoustic signal is sounded for a few seconds.
The screen continues to show the actual temperature.
Press "stop" to fully shut down the heating cycle. Remove the
temperature sensor from the workpiece.
Detach the workpieces as soon as possible. Prevent heat from the
workpieces to penetrate in the axle.
If the generator does not register a rise in temperature of 1°C
within a time preset by the manufacturer, it produces an error
message. Possibly the temperature sensor has not been placed.
The screen jumps to the breakdown screen, the red lights come
on and an acoustic signal is sounded for a few seconds. In
that instance, a red exclamation mark "!" is shown next to the
message "no temp. rise". You can leave this screen by pressing
the "exit" key (key with square and arrow going out). Also press
the red stop button to reset the breakdown.
This will take you back to the main menu. In this menu, you can
select Temp. Mode again to restart the process after having
placed the temperature sensor.
The heating process can be stopped with the stop button, at
all times.

6.5 Operation in time mode
As soon as the heater is connected in accordance with the
instructions and the power switches have been switched on, the
touch screen briefly lights up showing the welcome screen. This is
followed by the main menu.
In this menu, select time mode by briefly touching the "Time
mode" bar. The screen now jumps to the "Time mode" screen.
This screen displays the settings related to the connected
inductor. The generator has recognised the inductor using the
identification option and programmed the associated settings
(now shown on the display).
The required time can be changed if necessary by pressing
"Enter". In order to set the desired time, press the "enter" tab.
The time is shown in a black bar. At the bottom of the screen, 2
tabs with arrows appear. Use these tabs to set the desired time.
Once the change has been made, press "enter" to validate the
new setting.
Now place an inductor around the workpiece(s) and connect
these as described above. Also place a temperature sensor on the
object to be heated.
Now press the green start button to start the heating process.
The display now shows the actual time, counting down to 0:00. The
green control lights at the front and in the signal tower are blinking.
The current frequency and power values are also shown.
