A and B ( Delta T switch off) is exceeded. The heating cycle is
switched on again when the temperature difference between A
and B is within limits "Delta T switch on".
When the Auto restart option is turned "off" the heating cycle will
be stopped when the maximum temperature difference between
A and B ( Delta T switch off).
Heating with the delta T option:
Temperature A is the goal temperature for the to be heated work
piece. This temperature can be changed by pressing the enter tab
and then change the temperature with the arrow tabs and confirm
by pressing enter tab.
Attach probes A and B to the work piece and press start. The
heating process will start and the display will show the actual
temperatures of probe A and B.
Further the display shows other actual information of the heating
process like the actual Delta temperature, power, frequency and
heating status.
When the Delta temperature exceeds its maximum set point the
heating cycle will be stopped or paused. This is shown on the
display. Below an example of a paused heating cycle.

7. Maintenance and cleaning
■ Clean the generator only using a dry cloth. Do not use water or
solvents.
■ Inspect heater cables and inductor cables for damage before
every use.
■ Inspect the temperature sensor for damage at regular
intervals. Ensure that the magnet head is free from dirt in order
to guarantee a proper reading.
■ The heater has a fan with filter on the rear side. Inspect the
filter mat for soiling at regular intervals and clean or replace,
as necessary, in order to ensure a good flow of cooling air.
■ The inspection and cleaning frequency depends on the level of
contamination in the environment in which the heater is used.
The filter mats can be accessed as follows:
■ Unlock the grille by pulling
the blue handle forwards.
■ Tilt the grille forwards.
■ Inspect the filter for soiling
and replace, if necessary.
■ Tilt the grille back into
position and lock.
