Warranty Conditions and Customer Care
The product is guaranteed for 2 years from the purchase unless
differently required by local regulations against manufacturer's
defect under normal, household use with respect of present
manual instructions. The warranty is valid only if the device is sent
back to the supplier together with the receipt proving the date of
purchase and the warranty card duly filled. The warranty does not
cover consumables, expiring components and accessories other
than the device itself (ex: batteries, cuff, etc...).
For assistance in obtaining accessories or about the use of
the device, please fill the form available in the "assistance"
section on the website www.norditalia.biz or contact us using
the referrals indicated in the manual. If necessary contact your
dealer. Periodically (every 2 years), or in case of doubt about the
accuracy of the appliance, compare your results with a different
appliance. In case of systematic differences higher than 30
mmHg contact your dealer.
