1. GettING StArteD:
Move the throttle stick to the starting position. Switch the controller on without touching the control stick, so it can be automatically calibrated. Check that the LCD
display and stick are functioning correctly. Insert the helicopter battery in the battery compartment on the helicopter. Place the helicopter approx. two metres away on
the ground with the tail pointing towards you.
If the control LED on the helicopter is not continuously on, check the position of the throttle trim (should be below the half-way mark) and the throttle stick (should be
at the starting position) on the controller. The helicopter has a built-in safety mechanism to protect against the rotor starting unexpectedly. This is only activated as
long as the throttle trim is below the half-way mark and the throttle stick is placed in the starting position. Continuous light on the helicopter means it's ready to fly.
2. trIMMING:
Correct trimming is crucial for ensuring that the helicopter flies smoothly. It is easy to do, but does require a little patience and a light touch. Before beginning your first flight, check that the throttle stick is at the
starting position and the controller for forward/backward flight is in the middle position. Slowly move the throttle stick up to raise the helicopter to an altitude of about 0.5 metres.
If the helicopter spirals to the left
or right, or keeps turning slowly
to the left or right
If the helicopter drifts quickly or slowly to the left, press the roll
trim dial gradually to the right. If the helicopter moves to the right,
press the roll trim dial gradually to the left.
3. oPerAtING MoDe:
There are two different operating modes you can use to fly the model.
In beginner mode, the model is easier to control. In advance mode, the rudder
moves further to allow the model to accomplish spectacular flight manoeuvres.
Select the mode for your flight control. We recommend that experienced pilots
select the advanced mode. If this is your first time flying a helicopter,
we recommend selecting beginner mode.
1. Switch on the transmitter and check which mode is active.
2. To switch operating modes, press the pitch/roll transmitter button.
4. coNtroL MoDe:
Select the operating mode for your flight control:
This section describes how to switch from mode 2 to mode 1:
1. Switch the controller off.
2. Remove the screws and the fastener that holds the antenna in place (fig. 1).
3. Raise the antenna 90 degrees, turn the antenna shaft 180 degrees and then fold it to the
other side of the controller (figs. 2 and 3).
4. Replace the screws and the fastener that holds the antenna in place (fig. 4).
5. Switch the controller on and check if mode 1 is working.
5. BINDING:
The transmitter and model are already connected ex works. If you wish to use a different transmitter to operate the model, both the transmitter and the model must be re-initialized.
1. Switch off the transmitter.
2. Push and hold the throttle control stick. At the same time, switch the transmitter on.
3. The transmitter sends beep signals and the binding graphic appears in the display.
4. Release the throttle control stick.
5. Insert the LiPo battery in the model.
6. The LEDs on the model begin to flash. When binding is complete, the transmitter shows the normal display.

If the helicopter spins or rotates slowly to the left on its own axis,
press the yaw trim dial gradually to the right. If the helicopter turns
to the right, press the yaw trim dial gradually to the left. Checking roll
trim may also help resolve these problems.
